Responsibilities
Perform Level 1 Testing to ensure internal process and regulatory requirements are being adhered to
Vendor oversight and transaction testing
Assist with Internal and External Lending Audits
Create and deliver training for regulatory and business processes
Assist in maintaining Lending Key Operating Procedures
Tracking and reporting on key deliverables and business updates and work with Lending, Compliance and Legal as needed
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in lending or finance industry
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), SharePoint
Undergraduate Degree. Preferable areas of study may include Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
Ability to work efficiently without supervision and with team members in other locations
Strong aptitude to learn new concepts
Strong communication, presentation and writing skills
Skilled in working on multiple projects simultaneously, good decision-making skills and independent problem solving
