Qualification
Required
12+ years of overall software development experience
10+ years of experience with React and TypeScript
Strong experience with Node.js and backend development
Experience working with Java-based systems
Proven experience leading development teams and/or large-scale projects
Solid foundation in computer science fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, system design)
Experience designing and developing large, distributed systems
Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Experience working in cloud environments (AWS preferred)
Preferred
Experience with MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node)
Experience building enterprise-grade web platforms or supply chain systems
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Experience working in highly regulated or mission-critical environments
