Responsibilities
Lead and continuously improve operational processes, standards, SOPs, and MOPs across data center facilities
Oversee planning and execution of infrastructure projects, including capacity for power, cooling, space, and networking
Manage day-to-day operations of critical systems such as power distribution, UPS, generators, HVAC, and BMS
Track, analyze, and present facility performance metrics, uptime data, and operational reports to leadership
Provide technical leadership during customer onboarding, expansions, and infrastructure integrations
Lead incident response, emergency management, and root cause analysis to minimize downtime
Supervise, mentor, and develop engineering and facilities teams
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reliability, efficiency, and risk reduction
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in data center operations, critical infrastructure, or mission-critical environments
Proven experience leading technical or facilities teams
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)
Strong hands-on knowledge of power systems, UPS, generators, HVAC, mechanical systems, and BMS
Solid understanding of industry codes, safety standards, and quality management systems
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Experience developing SOPs, MOPs, and emergency response procedures
Experience supporting customer integrations and infrastructure deployments
Exposure to ISO standards or similar compliance frameworks
