Responsibilities
Manage the posting and distribution of TL assets across platforms such as Seismic, SharePoint, LinkedIn, and the Workplace website to ensure timely delivery and accessibility
Execute activation plans so TL assets work cohesively across channels to engage priority audiences and support business goals
Maintain content calendars and workflows, track timelines, and coordinate the release of TL assets such as white papers, webinars, and articles
Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs), creative teams, and other internal stakeholders to ensure accurate messaging and alignment with deployment standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
3 - 5 years of experience in content, enablement, or go-to-market communications work within a business
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with guidance
Comfort working in a cross-functional, team oriented environment
Positive, solution-oriented mindset
Preferred
Tech stack: Seismic, SharePoint, LinkedIn
Project coordination and experience supporting multiple stakeholders is a plus
