Responsibilities
Driving daily and weekly revenue through campaigns and floor leadership
Holding sales teams accountable to activity, follow-up, and closing
Coaching and developing reps directly on the floor
Overseeing inventory flow: receiving, pricing, merchandising, store layout
Operating within a discount / liquidation retail model
Executing local marketing promotions, ads, and store traffic drivers
Managing contractor and professional customer relationships
Building and scaling e-commerce through Shopify + online marketplaces
Improving systems, processes, and execution across the operation
Acting as the day-to-day operator so ownership can focus on growth
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience in retail operations
Experience in driving daily and weekly revenue through campaigns and floor leadership
Ability to hold sales teams accountable to activity, follow-up, and closing
Experience in coaching and developing sales representatives directly on the floor
Knowledge of overseeing inventory flow: receiving, pricing, merchandising, store layout
Experience operating within a discount/liquidation retail model
Ability to execute local marketing promotions, ads, and store traffic drivers
Experience managing contractor and professional customer relationships
Experience building and scaling e-commerce through Shopify and online marketplaces
Ability to improve systems, processes, and execution across the operation
Experience acting as the day-to-day operator in a retail environment
Experience leading teams in furniture retail, flooring operations, appliance sales environments, or discount/outlet/liquidation-style retail
Ability to drive urgency, volume, and margin
Ability to lead with accountability and strong KPIs
Ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution
Ability to make decisions and move fast
