Lead merchant onboarding and implementation projects from start to launch
Manage kickoff calls, timelines, and cross-functional coordination

Train and educate merchants on the client's Commerce Platform products
Provide hands-on support during the first weeks of product usage
Collect merchant feedback and share insights to improve product and operations
Deliver exceptional service while meeting timelines and quality standards
Qualification
Required
3–5 years' experience in onboarding, implementation, project management, or account management
Tech-savvy with strong problem-solving and communication skills
Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing multiple stakeholders
Detail-oriented, customer-focused, and adaptable in a fast-moving environment
