Manager, Partnerships Creative Producer

Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Brand Partnerships function to understand the types, scale, and viability of briefs or potential activations coming through the sales pipeline
Determine appropriate production approach (in-house vs. external; full-service production companies vs. specialist vendors) taking into consideration resources, budget, and lead times
Develop a project plan that drives timeline, budget, and key cross-functional stakeholder milestones, including showrunners/filmmakers
Work closely with Netflix Marketing & Ads Legal/BA to review creative concepts, contracts, talent agreements, and other legal documents
Collaborate closely with the Strategy, Creative, Title Management, and Partner Leads for flawless and impactful campaign execution; including executional oversight and coordination of all campaign elements (e.g., video, print/ooh, talent/legal, influencer kits, digital, social media/content, activations/events, PR, etc.)
Own and manage budgets, including reviewing and negotiating production bids and talent fees (including Netflix investment, as applicable)
Serve as the day-to-day production lead from pre-production to delivery of final campaign assets; ensuring all necessary assets are reviewed, approved, and delivered on-time to all necessary internal cross-functional partners, external talent/creator stakeholders, and Advertisers
Anticipate bottlenecks and propose solutions in advance; lead problem-solving when elements of a campaign go off-course during execution, enabling optimal outcomes so we can continue to deliver without compromising overall creative vision
Act as the co-lead alongside the creative team in any bespoke AV productions/shoots to ensure the smooth running of the production, taking into account all requirements for the Advertiser and Netflix
As applicable, coordinate with key internal Netflix teams for optimal amplification of the program and seamless integration around existing title marketing campaigns
Qualification
Required
Minimum 7-10+ years of proven experience in commercial production, preferably in a creative agency, production company, or in-house brand studio producing multi-channel campaigns
Proven track record producing AV commercials, branded content, social/digital content, and integrated campaigns with multiple stakeholders and complex approvals
Strong expertise in scoping, budgeting, bidding, vendor selection, and production management across different production models
Deep knowledge of Directors, Production Companies and Vendors who can bring creative concepts to life
Experience working directly with Brands, Agencies, Directors, and Production Companies, with the ability to speak the language of both creatives and producers
Prior experience in client-facing management is a must
Ability to cultivate relationships and efficiently communicate across multiple cross-functional partners - internal, external and agency partners
Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A personal passion for entertainment and storytelling, and excitement about redefining how brands can connect with Netflix IP, fandoms, and the Netflix brand
