Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the residential market
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
Build and maintain relationships with key customers, HVAC contractors, and distributors
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of HVAC systems
Provide excellent customer service and support to residential clients
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and effective manner
Work closely with customers to understand their HVAC needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Effectively manage and prioritize activities within the assigned territory
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to stay informed about industry developments
Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the residential HVAC market in the territory
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, technical support, and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience
Provide feedback to the company on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
Conduct training sessions for HVAC contractors and distributors on the company's products and services
Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and best practices to effectively communicate relevant information to customers
Any other duties as required

Required

Proven experience in HVAC sales, preferably in a residential market
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and products
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
A valid driver's license

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
Experience with Epicor Prophet 21
