Manage front desk duties, including greeting visitors and answering multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
Perform data entry, filing, and maintain organized records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office software
Assist with appointment scheduling, calendar management, and coordinate meetings efficiently
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing excellent customer support and service
Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution
Support administrative projects such as document preparation, proofreading, and general clerical duties
Qualification
Required
Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry skills
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills; bilingual abilities are a plus
