Responsibilities
Support and optimize manufacturing processes for medical device products
Lead and execute process validation activities (IQ, OQ, PQ)
Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation (SOPs, work instructions, BOMs)
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean / Six Sigma tools
Support CAPA, deviation investigations, and root cause analysis
Collaborate with Quality, R&D, Engineering, and Operations teams
Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO 13485, and GMP requirements
Support new product introductions (NPI) and process transfers
Participate in internal and external audits as required
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Biomedical, or related)
4+ years of Manufacturing Engineering experience in the medical device or healthcare industry
Strong knowledge of FDA regulations, ISO 13485, and GMP
Experience with process validation and manufacturing equipment
Proficiency in root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies
