Responsibilities
Perform mechanical and electrical testing on industrial equipment
Support machine testing activities and assist the Test Supervisor
Calibrate testing instruments and equipment
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and software-related issues
Identify faulty components and correct test failures
Document test results and maintain quality records (ISO 9000 support)
Verify safety labels, nameplates, and documentation prior to shipment
Assist during customer visits and operational training sessions
Prepare finalized test documentation for equipment manuals
Support continuous improvement and quality initiatives
Qualification
Required
Associate degree in electrical or mechanical engineering OR equivalent hands-on experience
3–5 years of relevant experience (or 5–10 years hands-on technical experience)
Experience with electrical systems, controls, and troubleshooting
Ability to read and follow technical documentation
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred
ISO 9000 documentation and testing standards
Refrigeration systems
Validation and testing of complex industrial equipment
Customer-facing technical support or training
