Responsibilities
Create and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and scorecards using ServiceNow Platform Analytics
Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure feature usage, platform engagement, and system performance
Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for enhancing platform functionality and user experience
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity, including managing data models, ETL processes, and user access permissions
Leverage knowledge of ServiceNow table structures, data relationships, and domain separation to ensure accurate data modeling
Work with Product Managers, Data Engineering, and leadership to define metrics, analyze user behavior, and support strategic decision-making
Qualification
Required
BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field and 14 years or more experience; MS and 12 years or more experience; may accept additional experience in lieu of degree
5 or more years in data analytics, business intelligence, or product analytics
Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools ServiceNow Platform Analytics
Familiarity with specific platforms ServiceNow Performance Analytics and/or ServiceNow Platform Analytics
Strong ability to conduct A/B testing, predictive modeling, and root cause analysis
Experience with common tools & technologies such as Data Visualization: ServiceNow Platform and Performance Analytics
Experience with common tools & technologies such as Database/Languages: SQL, JavaScript, Glide API
US Citizenship
Active Secret Security Clearance
Preferred
Knowledge of Tableau is nice to have
