Financial Administrator
PTL Fabricators is seeking a Financial Administrator to manage and oversee the financial processes and administrative tasks that support the organization’s operations. This role involves ensuring accurate handling of accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, financial reporting, and compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities
Manage and process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Prepare, review, and reconcile financial statements, invoices, and expense reports
Administer payroll functions, including timekeeping, deductions, and compliance with wage laws
Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems for audits and reporting
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, and vendors as needed
Monitor and enforce internal financial controls and company policies
Prepare periodic financial reports for management review
Support project teams with job cost tracking and expense management (specific to industries like construction)
Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
Qualification
Required
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Proven experience in financial administration, bookkeeping, or accounting support
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar)
Strong understanding of accounting principles and payroll procedures
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Strong communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners
