Responsibilities
Prepare USPAP-compliant commercial real estate appraisal reports
Analyze market data, comparable sales, income, and cost approaches
Appraise a range of property types including:
Office
Industrial
Retail
Multifamily
Special-use properties (as applicable)
Communicate with clients and internal team members throughout assignments
Manage deadlines while maintaining high quality and consistency
Participate in peer review and quality control processes as needed
Qualification
Required
State-Certified General Appraiser License required
Strong understanding of USPAP and appraisal methodologies
Strong analytical, writing, and time-management skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a national team
Proficiency with appraisal software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
Preferred
2-5 years commercial appraisal experience preferred (varies by level)
