Staffing & Recruiting
Responsibilities
Enter and maintain customer orders and style updates within our ERP system
Perform order audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
Assist with order entry, invoicing, and credit memos
Coordinate RA transfers in partnership with Customer Service and the Warehouse
Support costing processes as needed
Work closely with Warehouse and Production on inventory and order transfers
Handle administrative tasks including filing, documentation, and record maintenance
Support special projects as assigned by management
Assist with additional tasks as business needs evolve
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma required
3–5 years of invoicing and credit experience, preferably within apparel or manufacturing
Fluent in both Spanish and English (required)
Strong data entry skills with speed and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe
Excellent organizational, filing, and record-keeping skills
Clear and professional communication skills
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet competing deadlines
A collaborative, dependable, and proactive team player with a positive attitude
Preferred
EDI experience strongly preferred
Experience with BlueCherry and/or Commercial Wear systems a plus
