Responsibilities
Supervise mechanics and contract employees, including performance management, team development, and effective change management
Oversee maintenance work to ensure safety and cost-effective practices
Review planned maintenance work orders
Act as main point of contact for business partners
Identify and implement improvements of workflow processes
Manage record development and retention
Provide technical expertise and guidance
Provide updates on maintenance activities to stakeholders
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 1 year of maintenance supervision experience
At least 3 years of experience in a chemical or petrochemical manufacturing environment
Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office required
Strong analytical skills
Excellent organizational skills
Proven leadership skills
Preferred
Mechanical Engineering degree preferred
Minimum 5+ years of maintenance supervision experience preferred
