Responsibilities
Support daily salon operations, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, greeting volunteers, and front-of-house assistance
Partner with stylists, technicians, and salon leadership to observe workflows and identify process improvement opportunities
Design, enhance, and maintain Excel-based tracking, reporting, and basic automation tools
Support implementation and adoption of new systems and software, ensuring data accuracy and usability
Develop simple digital solutions that improve efficiency and streamline salon processes
Assist with documentation, process mapping, and creation of basic computer training materials
Qualification
Required
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data organization, reporting; automation a plus)
Strong ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and digital tools
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
Strong communication and listening skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
Ability to balance administrative/front-desk responsibilities with technical problem-solving
Professional, friendly, and comfortable working in a salon and consumer-facing environment
