Responsibilities
Manages daily facility operations, coordinating maintenance, inspections, and repairs to meet safety and operational standards
Utilize a van and box truck to execute local and/or regional delivery routes, ensuring timely and damage-free transport of products
Ensure all facilities comply with local, state, and federal regulations related to health, safety, and the environment
Oversees and manages relationships with external vendors and service providers
Help plan and execute facility-related projects at the direction of Executive leadership
Assist with developing and maintaining emergency response plans for facility-related incidents
Provide regular updates to senior management on facility performance, projects, inspections, and budgets
Qualification
Required
A high school education or equivalent
Clean driving record in line with company policy and current driver's license
At least two (2) years of experience in facilities management or a related role
Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance practices
Excellent active listening, verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
A desire and ability to work collaboratively with others to accomplish daily goals
Preferred
Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
