Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for customers via phone and email
Enter customer orders accurately into a computerized system
Provide customers with order status updates, pricing details, shipping information, and tracking numbers
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Assist the Customer Service Manager in supporting larger or key client accounts
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to customer interactions and orders
Qualification
Required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with email, internet navigation, and Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to work with basic office software
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
Preferred
Prior customer service or order entry experience
