The Program Operations Coordinator role supports the team in operational areas related to a successful J1 Visa exchange program, engaging in tasks such as reviewing student and host family applicants, data entry, and supporting program compliance.

Responsibilities
Work closely with other members of the Secondary High School Operations team in all tasks related to student applicants, host family applicants and student and agent support
Assist in the review of student applicants
Assist in the review of applicants intending to host a student in their home
Assist in multiple areas of data entry in support of program compliance
Assist in administration of student insurance
Review monthly student experience logs
Chaperone at least one week of student arrival orientation
Attend annual international conference (5-7 days, usually in the Fall)
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to work effectively and patiently in a role that supports others
Excellent administrative and organization skills with ability to effectively multitask; strong attention to detail
Ability to take initiative and maintain flexibility
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office/general computer proficiency
Preferred
International work or study abroad experience a plus
