Chief Financial Officer

Responsibilities

Culture Building: As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, contribute to creating a high-performance culture based on trust, healthy debate, and accountability
Financial Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s goals, oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, and provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive team
Financial Management: Manage financial performance by developing budgets, overseeing expenditures, and ensuring financial targets are met. Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and audits
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks and maintain a reliable control system for financial management
Reporting and Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial information to stakeholders, oversee regulatory compliance, and coordinate with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies
Acquisition Evaluation and Integration: Participate in the evaluation of acquisition opportunities and lead the integration of finance teams, systems, and processes
Leadership: Hands on leadership with ability to develop the finance team to support the company’s growth, foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement within the finance department, and collaborate with other departments to achieve company objectives

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field required
10+ years experience in finance
Strong financial and accounting background, including an understanding of profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow management
In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices
Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams
Proficiency in financial management software
Strong leadership and organizational skills
