Insight Global is seeking an experienced Integration and Test Engineer to support a new ground systems development effort for a government client. This role will lead the development of complex test strategies to verify mission capabilities and ensure system performance meets operational requirements.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive integration and test strategies for mission systems
Create detailed test plans, procedures, and test cases based on system requirements
Perform manual and automated testing across software and integrated systems
Analyze test results, identify defects, perform root cause analysis, and track issues to resolution
Coordinate testing activities across internal teams, subcontractors, and government stakeholders
Serve as the test planning POC for the government customer
Support system verification, validation, and deployment activities
Collaborate with systems engineers and developers to resolve integration issues
Document results and maintain artifacts in tools such as Jira and Confluence

Required

Active DoD Secret clearance with ability and willingness to obtain a Top Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree (or 4 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of degree)
4+ years of experience developing and executing system-level test plans and test cases
Strong experience with manual and automated testing methodologies
Experience analyzing test data and performing defect tracking and root cause analysis
Experience collaborating with systems engineers and software developers
Familiarity with Jira and Confluence (or similar tools)
Familiarity with Linux/Unix operating systems

Preferred

Experience with Boundary Scan, LabVIEW, MATLAB, or similar test tools
Experience with cloud platforms and system integration testing
Payload/platform integration testing (HW/SW end-to-end command and control)
Test automation experience
Experience in aerospace, defense, or space systems environments
