Responsibilities
Managing 2–3 modules of strategic projects that create real impact for Siemens Energy and the Energy Transition, ranging from market analyses to growth and competitor assessments
Leading cross‑functional teams within your modules and building a strong internal network across the organization
Analyzing complex business problems and brainstorming creative, data‑driven solutions with talented colleagues
Challenging the status quo by leveraging your industry expertise to identify and shape new business opportunities
Collaborating closely with operational units to initiate, structure, and execute high‑impact strategic initiatives
Developing your skillset through extensive on‑the‑job learning, coaching from senior colleagues, and dedicated trainings and job shadowing
Qualification
Required
Masters degree preferred
5 or more years of professional experience in the Grid Technologies business with an in-depth knowledge about the industry and current trends. Candidates with more experience can be considered for a higher level or vice-versa
Prior experience with strategy‑related tasks, ideally gained through special assignments or project work
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to structure complex topics
Excellent communication skills demonstrated in diverse, dynamic environments
High motivation, solution orientation, and a collaborative mindset with a strong commitment to team success
