Training Coordinator
Loudoun County Government has been recognized for its commitment to employee satisfaction and excellence in public service. The Training Coordinator will play a vital role in the Election Division by ensuring that election officers are fully trained and that all training programs comply with local, state, and federal requirements.

Responsibilities
Ensure that everyone involved in the conduct of elections in Loudoun County is fully trained in their job duties
Develop and deliver training on all topics related to the conduct of elections in Loudoun County per Virginia code
Plan, organize, and develop training programs to be presented via several platforms to include in-person, online live, through a learning management system (LMS), and via pre-recorded video
Ensure that all code requirements pertaining to training of election officials are met and certify as such to the Virginia Department of Elections
Assist with other office functions as needed and maintain a working knowledge of all aspects of election administration
Qualification
Required
Any combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree in business or related field
A minimum of two years of experience developing and presenting training across multiple platforms
Must be a registered voter in the Commonwealth of Virginia
Must possess a valid driver's license
Must be able to work overtime, to include nights and weekends, around elections
Preferred
Experience with learning management systems and creation of training videos
Knowledge of Virginia and Federal election law
Experience working in Elections or Voter Registration
