Responsibilities
Serve as the top technical resource for complex diagnostic concerns
Assist technicians with advanced diagnostic strategy and problem-solving
Ensure all repairs meet Toyota factory standards and quality expectations
Monitor technician productivity, efficiency, and workflow
Identify opportunities to improve shop throughput and utilization
Work with service management to support fair dispatching and job flow
Mentor and coach technicians to improve skill level and confidence
Support ASE and Toyota certification advancement
Help elevate technicians toward expert-level capability
Hold technicians accountable for proper diagnostic processes and repair quality
Review comebacks and repeat repairs; implement corrective coaching
Promote professionalism, consistency, and pride in workmanship
Qualification
Required
Extensive automotive technician experience (Toyota experience strongly preferred)
Advanced diagnostic expertise
Proven ability to mentor, coach, and influence other technicians
Strong communication and leadership skills
Preferred
Toyota Master Certification strongly preferred
ASE Master Certification preferred
