Responsibilities

Embedded development, programming and working with embedded developers
Defining and designing communications systems such as CAN(J1939, CANOpen) SPI, I2C, USB, and RS-232
Working with others to develop and design the overall electrical architecture
Working with others to integrate electronics into vehicles
Design of safety critical system elements
Verification and Validation of electrical systems
Work with suppliers and drive the implementation of development into production
PCB layout, schematic design

Required

Bachelor/Master Degree in Electrical Engineering
Passionate about self-driving vehicles
Excellent communication skills
Experience with electrical drawings and parts management
Experience with prototyping of boards

Preferred

10+ years of work experience
Experience with actuators and sensors of varying types
Experience with safety critical design work
Robotics/autonomous experience is a plus
Experience with Verification and Validation processes
