Responsibilities
Handle transactional, governance, and fiduciary matters involving Delaware corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies
Advise clients on mergers, acquisitions, public offerings, investment fund transactions, joint ventures, and debt and equity financing transactions
Provide clear, concise, and effective communication on complex legal matters in both written and oral form
Collaborate with colleagues to deliver strategic and practical solutions to clients
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor degree with admission to the Delaware Bar
2–5 years of substantive experience in corporate transactional and governance matters
Strong academic background and superior drafting, research, and analytical skills
Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team environment
Preferred
Prior experience in a major law firm or reputable corporate practice preferred
