Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day branch operations across Air Freight, Ocean Freight, and Customs Brokerage
Own P&L performance, budgeting, forecasting, and KPI management
Translate corporate and regional strategies into executable branch-level plans
Drive process improvement initiatives using continuous improvement / Kaizen principles
Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing leadership team and staff
Conduct performance evaluations, coaching, and employee development planning
Foster a culture of integrity, accountability, collaboration, and customer focus
Maintain and grow key customer relationships; engage directly with customers as needed
Analyze operational performance, costs, and service quality to ensure goals are met
Collaborate closely with regional leadership and product leaders to align strategy
Lead special projects and initiatives as assigned
Qualification
Required
7–10 years of experience in International Freight Forwarding or Logistics
Minimum 3 years in a leadership or branch management role
Strong working knowledge of air, ocean, and customs operations
Proven experience managing budgets, P&L, and operational KPIs
Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to influence without direct authority
Experience working in complex, fast-paced environments
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
