Responsibilities

Manages their own project, which should lead to a first author publication
Develops proficiency with mouse models of immune dysregulation and designing experiments to investigate mechanisms leading to immune dysregulation
Acquires enhanced skills in writing, public speaking, and critical evaluation of scientific documents
Presents scientific work both inside and outside the institution
Assists with grant preparation and reporting and submits training grant applications to support their work
Prepares and submits papers on research
Assists in the design of research experiments
Evaluates research findings and assists in the reporting of the results
