Responsibilities
Responsible for the efficiency, accuracy, and growth of the Bank’s Treasury Management department
Acts as a subject matter expert, possessing advanced knowledge of all TM services, including RDC, ACH, Positive Pay, Wires, and Cash Management tools
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Treasury Management Services or banking operations, with a strong focus on processing and product operations
Minimum of 1 year of experience providing training or mentoring within an operations environment
Must be proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent presentation and communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Proven ability to act as a functional lead, presenting a professional image and fostering a positive team culture
Preferred
ACH Accredited Professional (AAP) certificate preferred (or willingness to obtain within the first year of employment)
Proficiency with Weiland, Fiserv, and Q2 is highly preferred
