Cook County Government is seeking a Manager of Systems Analysis to lead the implementation and maintenance of critical systems and applications within the department. The role involves managing system design, development, and support, while collaborating with senior leadership to align resources with departmental priorities.

Responsibilities

Leads the implementation and ongoing maintenance of the bureau/department's critical systems and applications
Manages the design, development, and support of departmental systems, proactively directing the evaluation and analysis of operational issues related to software, data tools, and infrastructure
Develops and formalizes internal system policies, procedures, and reporting, while also collaborating with senior leadership on project status and change management
Aligns resources (facilities, technology, staffing, logistics) with departmental priorities to ensure successful system operations and strategic goal achievement

Facilities Management Central Maintenance SystemData analysisSupervisory experienceTririga SMEInformation technology experienceTroubleshooting IT equipmentCustomer service strategiesMicrosoft Office SuiteGuidance to staffTeam collaboration

Required

Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's Degree or higher is required
Five (5) years of information technology, systems operations, analytics, or directly related experience is required
Three (3) years of prior supervisory experience is required

Preferred

At least 3 years' experience managing a Facilities Management Central Maintenance System (CMMS), including work loading and assignment, with the ability to analyze CMMS data and produce reports is preferred
Experience with Tririga SME is preferred
