Responsibilities

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
7+ years of professional, integrated or omnichannel marketing experience in a B2B manufacturing or industrial environment
Proven experience leading client strategy and managing complex, multi-channel marketing programs
Demonstrated experience uncovering client needs, desires and objectives and developing creative and strategic solutions that aligns with these needs
Experience clearly communicating client objectives with internal and external colleagues and stakeholders and driving strategy and development of timely solutions
Demonstrated success growing organic client business and participating in new business presentations
Exceptional communication skills with confidence working directly with senior leadership and business owners/clients
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and strong problem-solving ability
High degree of self-direction, accountability, and attention to detail
Desire for continuous improvement, learning, and professional growth
Ability to travel as business dictates at times for client meetings, trade shows, and events
