Responsibilities
Litigation paralegal supporting employment law cases from intake through trial and post-trial
Heavy involvement in trials, arbitrations, depositions, and discovery
Prepare trial notebooks, exhibits, witness schedules, and trial logistics (including travel)
Manage and organize pleadings, discovery, large document databases, and case files
Assist with depositions, expert discovery, and case investigations
Draft, proofread, cite-check, and format litigation documents and briefs
Communicate directly with clients, witnesses, vendors, and internal teams
Train and mentor junior litigation operations staff
Qualification
Required
5+ years of paralegal or case management experience in a law firm
Strong experience with federal and state court litigation
Hands-on trial support experience and comfort with trial technology (CaseMap, TextMap, Sanction)
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle shifting priorities
Confident communicator who can work independently and collaboratively
Experience mentoring or leading junior team members
Strong commitment to confidentiality and professionalism
Passion for employee-side employment law and mission-driven work
Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-stakes litigation environment
