Responsibilities

Process and fulfill approved flex fund purchase requests accurately and in compliance with program requirements

Purchase and document goods and services for OhioRISE members and track fund usage

Coordinate with vendors to support timely purchasing and billing

Maintain accurate financial records and support reconciliation with finance teams

Use EHR and financial systems to document and report flex fund activity

Perform other related duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field OR at least 3 years of relevant experience in bookkeeping, purchasing, or financial operations

Experience with budgeting, financial tracking, or organizational accounting

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines

Proficiency with computer systems and common software, including Excel and Word; experience with financial or billing systems preferred

Knowledge of procurement, vendor coordination, or internal financial controls

Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and effective written and verbal communication

Ability to obtain CPI certification within 90 days of hire
