Responsibilities
Advising on M&A transactions, including buy-side and sell-side accounting support
Supporting IPOs and other capital markets transactions
Reviewing and advising on SEC filings and external financial reporting
Delivering technical accounting solutions under US GAAP and related frameworks
Managing audit-related advisory work and complex accounting matters
Leading project teams, reviewing work, and coaching junior staff
Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, building long-term relationships
Qualification
Required
Qualified accountant (CPA, ACA, or equivalent)
Strong experience in advisory, audit, or transaction services within a large accounting firm
Solid knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
Hands-on experience with M&A, IPOs, or complex accounting projects
Proven ability to manage teams and multiple client engagements
Clear communicator who is comfortable dealing with senior clients
