Lead system support, maintenance, integrations (REST APIs, webhooks, and Zapier), and vendor coordination
Participate in architecture validation, system design, migrations, and testing
Manage stakeholders, lead support teams, and deliver regular status updates
Qualification
Required
8–19 years of experience
Skills: JavaScript, Python (Ruby is a plus)
Provide functional and technical support for the Fulcrum app used in Field Service operations
Lead system support, maintenance, integrations (REST APIs, webhooks, and Zapier), and vendor coordination
Participate in architecture validation, system design, migrations, and testing
Manage stakeholders, lead support teams, and deliver regular status updates
Preferred
Strong hands-on experience with the Fulcrum app (implementation/support)
Exposure to Gas Utility operations and Agile environments
Familiarity with Jira and ServiceNow
