Responsibilities
Lead recruitment for critical positions such as Master Technicians, Store Leadership, and other high-ROI roles that require deeper qualification and targeted talent strategies
Develop deep role expertise, understanding required competencies, certifications, leadership behaviors, and technical skillsets
Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by leading role intake discussions, aligning selection criteria, and influencing decisions using market insights, talent data, and competitive market considerations
Prioritize quality over volume while managing a focused, strategic requisition load
Conduct structured, competency-based interviews aligned to technical skills, leadership capabilities, and behavioral performance
Provide weekly hiring updates, pipeline insights, time-to-fill expectations, and recommended sourcing adjustments
Qualification
Required
8-10 years of technical experience
HS Diploma/ GED required
Advanced knowledge of consultative recruiting, competency-based interviewing, and labor market dynamics for skilled trade and field leadership roles
Must be proficient in assessing technical and leadership qualifications, using recruiting data to guide decisions, and partnering closely with field leaders in a high-impact, operational environment
Strong consultative and influencing skills, with the ability to assess technical and leadership talent through structured interviewing
Must be highly skilled in stakeholder partnership, data interpretation, and prioritization, with the ability to manage complex requisitions while balancing quality, speed, and candidate experience in a fast-paced, field-driven environment
