Human Resources
Responsibilities
Assist with daily accounting operations, including A/P and A/R processing
Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
Support month-end close activities
Prepare journal entries and assist with general ledger maintenance
Review invoices for accuracy and proper coding
Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding discrepancies
Provide support during audits and assist with documentation requests
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
0–2 years of accounting experience (internships accepted)
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Preferred
familiarity with accounting software
