The role involves leading brand onboarding efforts, managing asset uploads, and ensuring the successful execution of creative projects across various teams.

Responsibilities
Understand brand requirements, business processes, data needs, folder structures, and reporting
Define project scope, success metrics, deliverables, and objectives
Develop detailed project plans covering timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
Engage stakeholders and maintain clear communication through meetings, status reports, and dashboards
Manage expectations and collaborate cross-functionally to meet project goals
Manage asset uploads, tagging, and file renaming for all campaign assets (e.g., digital, social, medical)
Ensure quality control on assets uploaded by third-party partners to meet system specifications and intellectual property agreements
Monitor brand performance metrics, troubleshoot discrepancies, and identify opportunities for improvement
Onboard new hires and provide training across teams, responding to regional/local market queries
Develop creative briefs by engaging with marketing teams to understand campaign objectives, target audiences, key messages, and strategies
Lead internal alignment meetings with cross-functional teams prior to agency engagement
Facilitate feedback sessions and ensure alignment throughout the creative process
Present creative briefs and facilitate Q&A sessions to ensure clear understanding of expectations
Manage communication protocols, including primary contacts, feedback processes, and meeting schedules
Create detailed project timelines from brief approval through to asset delivery
Ensure the right resources are allocated to meet project requirements
Oversee quality assurance, ensuring assets meet technical specifications and brand standards
Manage final asset approval processes with all stakeholders
Ensure assets are organized and delivered to internal teams or distribution platforms
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in creative project management or brand onboarding
Experience with CRM plans, email service platforms (ESP), and project management tools
Strong analytical skills with experience in graphic design and analytics tools
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Bachelor's degree required
