ServiceNow Pre-sales Solutions Consultant

Confidential company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced ServiceNow Pre-sales Solutions Consultant to support sales efforts in the healthcare sector. The role involves designing and presenting tailored ServiceNow solutions that address the unique needs of healthcare clients, while collaborating with sales and technical teams.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs, conduct discovery sessions, and gather detailed requirements from healthcare organizations
Design and architect customized ServiceNow solutions that align with healthcare industry standards, addressing key challenges such as patient management, IT operations, and regulatory compliance
Develop and deliver compelling product demonstrations and proof-of-concepts (POCs) that showcase the value of ServiceNow solutions in a healthcare setting
Assist in the creation of technical proposals, RFP responses, and other sales collateral that highlight the benefits of ServiceNow for healthcare clients
Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features, industry trends, and competitive landscape to provide expert guidance to both internal teams and clients
Work closely with internal teams, including our leadership, delivery team, and customer success, to ensure a seamless transition from pre-sales to project delivery
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients, understanding their pain points and ensuring alignment with ServiceNow solutions
Develop and improve sales related processes and templates in support of growing and scaling our sales capacity while maintaining high quality, such as scoping calculators, standardized proposal materials, internal request management processes, and operational metrics/reporting

Required

Minimum of 5 years of experience managing or implementing the ServiceNow platform with 2+ years in a Pre-sales Solutions Consultant role for a ServiceNow Partner
Deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, ITOM, SPM, HRSD, FSM, and other relevant modules
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Management, or a related field
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
Proven ability to support the sales process, including requirements gathering, solution design, and proposal development
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset focused on delivering client value
Experience working in a collaborative environment, with the ability to facilitate productive working sessions requiring input from several stakeholders

Preferred

Familiarity with healthcare workflows, EMR/EHR systems, and regulatory requirements such as HIPAA is a plus
A Master's degree is a plus
Additional certifications in relevant product areas highly desired
