Data Entry Clerk
Clarity Recruiting is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Administrator to support daily administrative operations. The role involves accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data across internal systems while ensuring data confidentiality and compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities
Accurately input, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems
Review data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information and correct as needed
Organize and maintain electronic and paper records
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and document management
Generate reports and spreadsheets as requested
Communicate with internal teams to verify information and resolve discrepancies
Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with company policies
Support other administrative projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree a plus
1+ year of data entry or administrative experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Comfortable working with databases and data management systems
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred
Fast and accurate typing skills
Basic knowledge of data reporting or spreadsheets
Strong written and verbal communication skills
