Responsibilities

Complete the annual review of all SFI employees social media and google reviews for SFI (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Youtube) in Global Relay
Assist with the Workiva Project: Create a dashboard with all the procedures, upload and format the procedures in Workiva, and create a table with the summary of the changes
Assist with maintaining managed account confirmation letters
Scan and upload to ComplySci all paper statements received via mail and maintain the spreadsheet tracker
Maintain and provide 3210 letters
Assist with monitoring ComplySci Outstanding manager approval emails
Assist with cleaning up the open communications tab in ComplySci
Assist the team with automating tasks and UI Path
Assist the team with the reorganization of the SSI Shared Drive – Corporate Compliance and Regulatory Affairs folders
Assist with the creation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports provided to management
Support Senior Management projects; provide administrative assistance where needed
Any other items delegated by manager and/or CCO
Complete the monthly social media review for SFI employees for which the social media has been archived in Global Relay, including Kathryn, Vincent, Eric Rose, and Nolan Aibel

Required

Proficiency in Microsoft excel, other financial tools and programming languages
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with an aptitude for problem-solving

Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information with tact and discretion

Pursuing a bachelor's degree from an accredited university in a relevant program and graduating between December 2026 and August 2027 (entering penultimate year of university)
Available for a June 2026 start date for an 8 – 10-week program
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (preferably Excel)
Must be authorized to work in the US for any employer
