They are seeking an On-site Parts Counter Sales representative to support fleet personnel with their parts needs while delivering high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service at the counter by listening to customers and meeting their needs
Assist in generating invoices for customer requisitions into ERP system
Assist in entry of vendor receiving documents into ERP system
Service customers by identifying needed parts, using parts catalogs, computer system
Maintain a current knowledge base of all product offerings to identify and fulfill customer needs
Respond to in person and email inquiries from the Fleet Technicians
Locate and obtain parts
Process buyouts for non-stocked parts
Keep counter and parts room neat and clean
Occasionally drive company vehicle to pick up parts
Provide 24-hour support at the city location during emergencies
Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
A high school diploma or GED is required
A minimum of 3 years' experience in parts sales and/or counter operations is required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
Enjoy working in a fast-paced customer service environment
