Responsibilities
Provide receptionist services including greeting and assisting visitors, answering phones, direct calls, collection and processing of mail, and respond to all inquiries
Assist in the payroll functions in order to ensure staff are paid in an accurate and timely manner
Perform the day-to-day processing of accounts payable functions
Provide administrative support in order to ensure effective and efficient office operations
Additional responsibilities as assigned
Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies
Qualification
Required
Minimum High School Diploma AND minimum of 2-5 years of related work experience
Valid driver's license and insurance in good standing
Pro-active team-player who can work in a fast-paced environment
Strong commitment to job assignment
Solid work ethic and ability to set priorities
Ability to handle highly confidential information
Enthusiastic about change and continuous improvement. Open to new ideas and ways of doing things
Self-Motivated

Must be able to follow Company safety rules and all other Company policies
Ability to work 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday
