Responsibilities
Lead, plan, design, monitor, analyze, troubleshoot, document, and evolve the electrical state of telecommunications networks
Design and evaluate electrical power systems supporting mission-critical infrastructure
Support resilient, high-availability infrastructure operations in secure environments
Participate in Agile execution and technical planning discussions
Troubleshoot power system issues and operational faults
Communicate technical recommendations and engineering decisions clearly to stakeholders
Build and maintain customer trust through technical excellence and disciplined execution
Apply creativity and engineering judgment to deliver innovative, mission-aligned solutions
Qualification
Required
An active Top Secret with SCI eligibility security clearance
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is required; Relevant experience may be substituted for education
8+ years designing and evaluating complex electrical power systems supporting critical infrastructure
Deep expertise in power distribution, redundancy, grounding, and load analysis
Experience supporting telecommunications or data center environments
Possess a DoD 8140 DCWF Role of 451 – System Administrator with certifications such as CASP+, CCNP Security, CCSP, Cloud+, FITSP-O, GICSP, GSEC, Security+, or SSCP
