ServiceNow ITSM modules Configuration and Development skills
Mandatory Experience in Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
Understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and tables structure
Experience in creating reports and Dashboards in ServiceNow modules
Experience in IT Operations Management (ITOM) features will be a strong plus
Ability to consultatively engage with our customers and provide guidance
Strong documentation and presentation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
