Responsibilities
Train, test, deploy, and maintain models that learn from data
Lead the direction of mission-critical solutions by applying best-fit ML algorithms and introducing leading-edge technologies
Share knowledge with a large community of machine learning engineers across the company
Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, solutions architects, and aviation experts to deliver world class solutions
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience with Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR)
7+ years of experience with model fine tuning and deployment
7+ years of experience with Large Language Model (LLM) integration
7+ years of experience with custom machine learning modeling, including PyTorch or scikit-learn
Experience with aviation, geospatial, and weather datasets
Experience with executive-level summaries and briefings
Knowledge of FAA operations
Ability to work cross-functionally with various product workstreams
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
Bachelor's degree
Preferred
