The role involves collaborating with various teams to translate requirements into ServiceNow design documents and supporting telecom order orchestration.

Responsibilities
Support architecture and design for the ServiceNow Order Management (OMT ) application supporting telecom order orchestration
Collaborate closely with Enterprise Architects, Product Teams, and DevOps to review requirements and translate them into ServiceNow design documents
Participate in calls with the Enterprise Architecture team to understand how requirements across multiple systems impact the ServiceNow application and advise on potential architecture or sprint-level changes
Assess new features for architectural impact, integration dependencies, and implementation complexity
Review and refactor legacy code; analyze and recommend changes to improve stability and modernization
Document existing architecture, fill gaps in undocumented logic, and define high-level design documents for upcoming work
Serve as subject-matter expert for integration across Salesforce → ServiceNow → Product Inventory → CMDB
Qualification
Required
AT&T Voice Services or Telco Knowledge is MUST
ServiceNow OMT - Basic knowledge is ok if they can ramp up
TMF Open API Standard is important, as they struggle with it
Support architecture and design for the ServiceNow Order Management (OMT) application supporting telecom order orchestration
Telcom experience required, AT&T experience ideal
Collaborate closely with Enterprise Architects, Product Teams, and DevOps to review requirements and translate them into ServiceNow design documents
Preferred
Participate in calls with the Enterprise Architecture team to understand how requirements across multiple systems impact the ServiceNow application and advise on potential architecture or sprint-level changes
