Employee Benefits Account Manager
PES is a company seeking an Employee Benefits Account Manager who will serve as the service lead on specific accounts for implementation, account management, and ongoing client support. The role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, managing client accounts, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Coordinate with salesperson, clients, and carriers to quote, set up, and open accounts
Monitor and assist with the enrollment process
Proactively coordinate with internal teams to facilitate timely and acceptable resolution of issues to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Provide day to day service for client accounts
Manage billing set up and ongoing support
Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with clients, brokers, and carriers
Assist with reconciliation of customer invoices and payments
Maintain required records and files to support the implementation and service process
Be proactive in anticipating carrier and client account and policy-level issues
Work together with the Finance team to record and maintain accounts as needed
Record accurate and complete account notes for Customer Service and all applicable teams to fully understand the needs and processes of the client
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3 years of employee benefits service experience
Experience with account implementation, service, and billing
Ability to create strong client relationships
Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
Provide guidance to the team assisting with client needs or procedural issues
Ability to manage several projects and/or accounts at once
Efficiently manage timeline to ensure that deadlines and customer expectations of exceptional service are met
Ability to maintain the confidentiality of all firm and client-related information
Ability to communicate effectively and interact with diverse personalities while maintaining a professional attitude
Ability to ensure a high level of accuracy and attention to detail on all tasks
Organized, self-starter with proficiency in problem-solving and prioritizing tasks
Must perform well in a high-energy, dynamic, and team-oriented environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)
