Responsibilities

Provide in-person or virtually delivered training
Develop, and maintain proficiency in required technical skills including electronics, torque, safety-wire, and solder
Follow all internal processes, delivering engaging learning content with a focus on training standards
Effectively collaborate with a variety of cross-functional teams to resolve sometimes complex and conflicting priorities
Manage effective partnerships with customers, peers and senior leaders while performing all tasks related to training delivery
Participate in or, lead project teams responsible for the creation, maintenance, or revision of training materials
Provide subject matter expertise on solder-related questions to factory personnel
Must be available to work ANY SHIFT(United States of America) as business demands
Must be willing and able to travel domestically less than 10%

Required

Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations
8 years equivalent military experience with emphasis on technical instruction
IPC certified instructor within 90 days of hire to the following: IPC J-STD-001 Standard for Soldering, IPC-A-610 Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies, IPC/WHMA-A-620 | Wiring Harness Manufacturer's Association, IPC/WHMA-A-620 Space Addendum, IPC 7711/7721 – Rework/Modification/Repair of Electronic Assemblies
Active and transferable U.S. government issued Confidential security clearance is required prior to start date
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Preferred

Experience teaching solder, electronics, torque, safety wire, or other technical skills
Experience working independently and in a team-oriented collaborative environment
Solid understanding of adult learning theory
Excellent management skills
IPC Solder Certified
Prior experience working with an LMS
Active DoD clearance
